Machining

Our machining capabilities include turning and prismatic machining. Turning equipment includes screw machines, Swiss type turning centers and CNC lathes. Prismatic machining assets are CNC horizontal and CNC vertical machines. Some are equipped with pallet changers and high speed spindles for maximum efficiency. Programming of equipment is accomplished using the latest MASTERCAM software and posting programs to the machines. Utilizing quick change fixtures designed specifically for and dedicated to your product allows us to reduce setup time and minimize variation.
