This is accomplished using data gathered at each operation to identify sources of variation and either eliminate it or control it.

Every employee at Trident has the right and authority to stop a process which is producing nonconforming material and to act on the Material Review Board to help find the cause and eliminate it. This means you have over 100 quality assurance inspectors checking your project.
