The infrastructure includes the support on a highly skilled Quality Assurance Department and state of the art laboratory. The quality assurance department can support your specifications through quality planning, CMM programming, reverse engineering laser scanning, and utilization of standard methods of measuring and testing. These efforts are validated through documents processes to control calibrate and maintain, inspection, measuring and test equipment, inclusive test software used by Trident personnel, to demonstrate the conformance of product to specified requirements. Quality assurance technicians, and engineers are actively involved in production release planning, customer supplier relationships, and manufacturability of product. Statistical tools and analysis of data are employed with manufacturing to develop robust processes both from a product and measurement of product standpoint this analysis is conducted with internal and external customers and suppliers. Communication of process reliability and repeatability is vital to manufacturing and to you the customer in order for product to meet specifications, both gauge RMR and FMEA techniques are utilized by trident quality teams to clarify areas of opportunity for improvement, or stipulate steps and activities performing at robust control levels.
