Testing

Assurance to the quality of product is defined through performance tests on all products per customer specifications these include hi-pot, mechanical, functional, electrical and sensor path. Trident will also aid you in test design, fixture design, electrical certification, and mechanical assembly functionality. Testing is conducted in ESD restricted areas as required. Product is certified to UL, CSA and Military standards, as well as specific software/product certifications.

Process Certification

Tridents quality department offers a 3 level approach to process certification. Beginning with the quality plan outline to development of the application of measurement systems, to finally the submission of a certification package to you the customer. The critical elements of this package is based on the customers specifications, and this is delivered to you in a format that is comparable to support your system. The detail of the certification package includes first article layout, certifications of raw material and outside services, control plan analysis of critical to functions, critical to process, contingency plans, and may also include outline of final/doc audit procedures and FMEA analysis.
