Turn Key

With today’s high demand in the manufacturing industry, Trident understands that high volume production may need to go to a lower cost nation. So what trident has developed is a process which is called The Total Turn Key Package, this package allows your design and mechanical engineers to start a tooling package from a concept all the way through to a complete tooling package. This Turn Key package allows the engineering community the flexibility to be completely involved from start to finish in the creation of the hard tools and any fixtures that may be required of the tooling package.

· Starting with prototype parts / breadboard
· Going into a SIM B-0-build
· Soft tool production run while hard tools are being built
· PTO runs of hard tools, which documents all customer requirements and critical specifications. This process allows our customers to have confidence in a robust documented hard tool package that is ready to be shipped any where in the world.
