Company History

Trident's was founded in 1979, at that time we provided customers with tools and dies to support their in-house production, the company has grown into a leading contract manufacturer of custom products, electro/mechanical assemblies, and precision metal components.

In 1986 the company purchased 11 acres of industrial property in Webster, NY and constructed a 35,000 sq. ft. state of the art manufacturing facility. As our reputation as a top quality manufacturer grew so did our facility, in 1990 we added a 35,000 sq. ft addition to the plant, we also expanded again in 1995, 1998, and 2000. Today our facility has grown to 145,000 sq ft, and is still expanding.

In 1988 president, CEO Nicholas Juskiw, was introduced to the philosophy and principals of total quality management. Mr. Juskiw's and his staff met for 14 months and developed tridents total quality strategy entitled "Excellence in Motion".

In 1994, in an effort the assess Excellence in Motion Trident applied for the New York State Governors Excelsior Award. We became one of five recipients to receive this award, an achievement we are very proud of. Also in 1994 we became ISO 9002 registered.

In 1996, in further efforts to achieve Excellence in Motion Trident applied for and received the Malcolm Baldrige Award. Trident is one of only 15 small business to win this award nationally since it began in 1988.

Today Trident is a leading Contract Manufacturer who provides products and services to a global community.
