Truth In Capabilities

Trident will be upfront quickly if it is not confident it has the capabilities to meet a potential customer’s needs and will refer the job elsewhere. If unforeseen issues occur during the manufacturing process and Trident cannot maintain the standard it had anticipated, the company will immediately inform clients and find an equitable solution.

clarity in communication

This commitment is infused in the company’s DNA. Trident believes that communication is linked inextricably with accessibility. Trident will always designate a responsive Point of Contact for any needed clarification.
